Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit, it will be considered dispatched.
During peak times or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

If you notice an error in your shipping information, email us at support@canipaws.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this window.
For orders flagged by our system with address issues, we will email you to verify your details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Please note that Canipaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, as these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to support you.
