Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Once this window passes, your order will likely have entered processing and may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.

For cancellations made within the 24-hour period, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • A damaged item includes defects or broken products. Damage to shipping boxes or packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged item.
  • To report a damaged item, email us at support@canipaws.com with a clear photo of the damage.

If eligible, we will replace the damaged item at no cost. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling are not covered under this policy.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order quickly, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control.

  • If you encounter a shipping issue, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
  • Canipaws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If you realize your address is incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in no entitlement to a refund or reshipment.
